Back office
Certainty & ease: we handle the administration, you handle the operation.
Why a back office?
You want to invest time in teams and planning, not paperwork. That's why we link our front office to the back office power of WestlinQ. They take care of the legal and administrative side of freelance mediation; we remain your point of contact on the floor. Result: neatly arranged, DBA-proof, and hassle-free.

Who is this important for?
HIRING HORECA STAFF
From waitstaff and baristas to events: we handle the administration and personnel.
Time back: less administration, more focus on staffing.
Certainty: clear contracts, proper recording & audits.
Scale: scale up faster with our back office.
Transparency: one tariff structure, one portal, one contact.
How we work DBA-proof
As of January 1, 2025, bogus self-employment is extra sharply in focus. In our collaboration, it is arranged legally and operationally so that everyone knows where they stand:
Assignments run through WestlinQ: there is an assignment agreement with the client AND a separate agreement with the freelancer. WestlinQ accepts the assignment and pays the freelancer.
Independence is ensured: the freelancer works with their own equipment/PPE/clothing, determines their work schedule within agreed deliverables, and is not under your management/supervision during execution.
Risk & control: any tax audits are handled by WestlinQ; liability for additional assessments lies there provided that a disguised employment relationship is not created on-site (think of schedules, mandatory company resources, direct supervision).
Our knowledge base
How do you prevent pseudo self-employment for freelancers?
What has changed in the freelance sector starting from 2025?
What risks do you face as an entrepreneur and what are the rules?
-
Yes. Operationally nothing changes: you brief, plan, and evaluate. Legally and administratively, the assignment runs through WestlinQ: precisely to reduce your risk.
-
A clear assignment agreement, own rate arrangement, access to the portal, and clear rules (own resources, no authority relationship).
-
Then WestlinQ will handle it. They take that responsibility, as long as the location does not act as an employer.
