Event staff member

As an event staff member, you assist with the preparation, execution, and completion of events. You ensure that guests are received properly, rooms are well arranged, and everything runs smoothly during the event. No day is the same: one time you work at a business meeting, the next at a drinks reception, conference, dinner, or large event.

You help with setting up rooms, receiving guests, serving food and drinks, assisting during the event, and tidying up afterwards. In addition, you keep an overview, step in where needed, and together with colleagues ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

We are looking for someone who is presentable, flexible, and hospitable. You enjoy working with people, can switch quickly during busy moments, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves. Experience in events, hospitality, or service is a plus, but motivation and work ethic are just as important.

A varied role within the event sector in Eindhoven and surroundings, with different types of events, pleasant working environments, and room to gain experience. You work in a dynamic environment where collaboration, appearance, and hospitality are central.
