8% holiday allowance
At Nouvelle Équipe, you receive 8% holiday allowance in addition to your regular salary. You accrue it throughout the year and it is paid in summer, just before the holidays.

How does employed work at Nouvelle Équipe work?

STEP 1:
Apply for an employed role
Complete our application form and tell us about your experience and preferences. We welcome experienced hospitality professionals as well as people without hospitality experience.
STEP 2:
Schedule a personal meeting
We schedule an introductory meeting within 48 hours. We discuss your preferences and help you find a workplace that suits you.
STEP 3:
Start working as an employee
Once the administration is complete, you can start with one of our clients. You receive regular hours, good pay and all the benefits of employment.
