How does freelancing through Nouvelle Équipe work?

STEP 1:
Register as a freelancer

Register easily using our online form. Whether you have extensive or limited hospitality experience, we help you get started quickly, provided you have a Dutch Chamber of Commerce registration have.

STEP 2:
Schedule a meeting at our office

We contact you within 48 hours to arrange an introductory meeting at our office. We discuss your wishes and preferences so we can match you with suitable assignments.

STEP 3:
Start freelancing right away

Once your administration is complete, you can start through our Ubeya app. Choose your shifts and receive payment within 3 days after working.

What will you earn as a freelancer?

Because we believe you should be paid what you are worth, the standard minimum is €16 per hour and the average is €22.35 per hour. Your experience and skills have value and are rewarded.

Everyone also receives personal guidance and opportunities to develop. As you grow and gain experience, your hourly rate can grow with you.
