What will you do?
✓ Independently prepare and assemble (à la carte) dishes
✓ Preparing and maintaining mise-en-place, inventory management, and orders
✓ Supervising kitchen assistants and ensuring quality and hygiene (HACCP)
✓ Develop new menu collections and proactively contribute ideas for specials
✓ Ensuring a streamlined kitchen organization during service
