Nouvelle Équipe is not a platform but a company that pays attention to and cares for our employees. For example, we always have personal contact with our freelancers and offer assistance with a Chamber of Commerce registration or VAT return.
Travel expense reimbursement
Nouvelle Équipe is mainly active in Amsterdam, and we believe it is important that our services are accessible to everyone. That is why we, as one of the few, offer travel expense reimbursement for our freelancers per kilometer.

How does Nouvelle Équipe work?
Arrange everything easily through our app, with personal help and attention.
STEP 1:
Sign up immediately as a freelancer
Sign up via a button through our registration form on the website. With or without hospitality experience, you can work with us, just make sure you Dutch Chamber of Commerce registration have (if you do not have this yet.
STEP 2:
Schedule an appointment at the office
Within 48 hours we will contact you and schedule an appointment with you at our office. There we will have a brief introduction and discuss your wishes, so that within 3 days you already have your first job!
STEP 3:
Cash in within 3 days
After all administration is arranged, you can download our Ubeya app and sign up for your first shifts. After you have worked, you will have the option to be paid within 3 days or 14 days.

Are you at least 16? Whether you are a student looking for flexible hours and good pay or an experienced hospitality professional seeking enough regular hours, Nouvelle Équipe can offer you a range of opportunities.
From service and kitchen work to shifts behind the bar or in catering, Nouvelle Équipe offers it all. All you need is a simple Dutch Chamber of Commerce registration. We help you register and file your tax return, making freelance work even easier.
What will you earn
Because we think it is important that you are paid according to your worth, you earn a standard minimum of €16 per hour and on average €22.50 per hour. After all, your experience and skills are valuable and you are rewarded for them!
Everyone also receives personal guidance and opportunities to develop. As you grow and gain experience, your hourly rate can grow with you.

Help with Chamber of Commerce registration and tax returns
Freelancing has many advantages, but not everyone enjoys figures and bookkeeping. We got you. Nouvelle Équipe can help you arrange an appointment with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce so you can get started quickly.
The same applies to tax returns, which can be complicated the first time. We offer several options to make the process as straightforward as possible.

To get straight to the point: Nouvelle Équipe is not your average hospitality employment agency, but a young and ambitious company with personal attention for both the employee and the employer. We assess our freelancers based on experience and skills, not reviews.

Once you have registered via the registration form we will contact you within 48 hours. After we have met at the office, we will try to schedule your first job within 3 days.

The lowest rate we pay for a service is €16. For most positions, we almost always pay at least €18, and if you already have considerable experience, you often earn above €20 per hour.

Certainly! We already have freelancers working with us from the age of 16 and understand well that at that age you may not yet have experience in the horeca industry. That is why we have in-house training from lecturers of the Stenden University of Applied Sciences Hospitality School.
