What will you do?
✓ End-to-end management: concept, planning, script, production and evaluation.
✓ Budget & purchasing: quotes, negotiation, and monitoring of margin/quality.
✓ Stakeholder management: aligning client, venue, suppliers, and crew.
✓ Organize permits, safety, and logistics efficiently.
✓ Leading the team on-site: setup and teardown, briefings and live troubleshooting.
✓ Reporting afterwards with learnings and optimizations.
Who are you?
✓ 1-3 years of experience as (assistant) event manager or senior event coordinator.
✓ Tight on planning, relaxed during peak; you switch quickly and communicate clearly.
✓ Creative, commercial, and data-conscious: you link experience to results.
✓ Good command of Dutch and English in speaking and writing.
✓ Flexible availability (sometimes evenings/weekends around productions).
