What will you do?
✓ Daily management of front office, F&B, and events, smoothly from briefing to aftercare.
✓ Leading the team: schedules, coaching, recruitment, and training.
✓ Ensure quality: improve service standards, reviews, and guest KPIs.
✓ Commercial management: menu/product mix, upselling, promotions, and margin monitoring.
✓ Keeping processes tight: planning, purchasing/suppliers, compliance (HACCP/safety).
✓ Report on results and continuously improve with short feedback loops.
Who are you?
✓ Experienced people manager (±1–3 years) in hospitality/hotel.
✓ Combines data & intuition: you read the floor and the numbers.
✓ Clear in communication, stress-resistant, and visible on the work floor.
✓ Proficient in Dutch and English; additional language is a plus.
✓ Flexibly deployable (sometimes evenings/weekends around events).
